FEATURES
- Customers Portal (the viewing area of the data)
- Active/Archived Customers Filter: ReveniQ categorizes your customers as active or archived, based on their activity. You can utilize this filter to see the list of either archived or active customers.
- Add A New Customer: The option to manually add a new customer makes for a convenient step.
- Customer Information: Fill in the required information about the customer
- Sync: This allows you to sync the customer across your Stripe & Xero platforms
- Hamburger Menu:
- Import Customers: Want to manually import customers from your Stripe account? Fill in the start and end dates to have ReveniQ pull this data for you.
- Search Panel: Want to narrow the search by looking for a specific customer? Do so on the search bar.
- Action:
- Merge: Do you see any duplicates of the same customer? Merge them to make one customer.
- Edit: Enter the detailed tab for the customer where you can edit information.
- Delete: You may choose to delete the customer using this button.
- Filter columns: Press the hamburger menu alongside the individual columns in the product portal to filter out whatever columns' data you’d like to see.
- Pinning columns: If you’d like to pin a column so that it freezes in the portal view while you scroll to the right, press the hamburger menu beside the column, and press “pin column”.
